Willie Howard, Administrative Services Manager, began his work with Church of the Covenant in 2006. He supervises the maintenance of the building and grounds; oversees the office; coordinates the use of the building for services and special events; and supervises custodial, office, and the National Caucus and Center on Black Aged volunteers.

Willie is a member of the Education for Ministry (EfM) class of 2011. He is a member of University Circle United Methodist Church where he is treasurer and serves on the Finance Committee. Willie enjoys spending time with his son and with the youth at his church. He is a certified drug and alcohol counselor and before working with Covenant, he was a program director with InterAct Cleveland, supporting individuals and families in recovery and/or returning from incarceration.
