Este joined the staff of Church of the Covenant as Manager of Finance and Operations in May of 2016.

You can find her in her office every day from 9 am to 2 pm (1 pm on Friday). She is responsible for accounting and financial reporting as well as record keeping for human resources.

Este holds a BBA degree in Accounting from Cleveland State University. She brings accounting experience with public, corporate and non-profit accounting. Este was a Church treasurer in Willowick for 16 years, where her husband served as a Senior Pastor for over 28 years. She is involved with her husband in a church start-up in Willoughby that is open and affirming of the LGBTQ community.

Pozzas live in Willoughby with their two little dogs. They have two grown sons.
